Important \u2013 Correct procedure in the event of damaged deliveries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear customers,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite appropriate packaging and the care taken by all parties involved to always deliver kilns to you in perfect condition, transport damage can occur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please document any damage found and email appropriate photos showing the damage to your dealer and to KITTEC! If you ignore this, we and the delivery company won\u2019t accept any claims for damages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You MUST inspect the delivery for damage before signing proof of delivery!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With your signature you confirm the completeness and perfect condition of the parcels. Therefore, please be sure to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery documents! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Acceptance of Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Shipment without damage to the packaging<\/strong>: With your signature, you confirm the perfect condition of your delivery!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipment is minimally damaged.<\/strong> Be sure to note this on the consignment note and accept the shipment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Refusing Delivery in the Event of Damage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Is the shipment extensively damaged?<\/strong> In this case, refuse to accept the delivery and promptly inform both your specialist retailer and KITTEC.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT STEP BY STEP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The shipment is in order:<\/strong> If there is no visible damage to the packaging, please<\/p>\n\n\n\n

accept the delivery by signing for it as received in good condition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The shipment is heavily damaged:<\/strong> If you notice any damage or if the external condition of the delivery is clearly deficient, for example, if you can hear noises of broken plates or stones, please<\/p>\n\n\n\n

refuse acceptance!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The package will then be returned to us and recorded as a damage claim. In this case, please contact your dealer and KITTEC immediately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Minimally damaged packaging:<\/strong> PLEASE NOTE:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201ePackaging damaged\u201c on the freight bill and accept the shipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you find minimal damage or if concealed damage is discovered only after signing and further unpacking, please proceed as follows in both cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
