Bisque firing, which is also known as biscuit firing, is the initial firing of ceramic products, i.e. the firing of the dried, unglazed biscuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During bisque or biscuit firing, the arrangement of the items that are being fired is not critical. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They may touch each other and be stacked on top of each other, or the kiln can also be filled in levels using shelf props and fireclay plates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
