This year once again, KITTEC showcased an extensive range of modern industrial furnaces, pottery and hobby kilns and additional equipment designed for industrial applications as well as for trade, research and training. Our portfolio included, amongst other things:

• INDUSTRIAL-LINE industrial furnaces – powerful, robust and designed to meet the most demanding requirements. The range covers bell kilns from the HCB/HSQ series, annealing furnaces from our CLM model series, and high-temperature kilns capable of reaching above 1,320 °C.
• Top-loading and front-loading models from the CLASSIC-LINE and PROFESSIONAL-LINE – proven quality combined with state-of-the-art technology. Here you will find the ideal pottery kiln for craft workshops or training purposes.
• For creative applications in craft and design, we also offer glass fusing kilns and specialist kilns for the Raku firing technique from our CBR and CBRB model range.
• Customised furnace solutions and tailored designs to meet specific customer requirements

This allowed us to demonstrate once again that KITTEC stands for tailored furnace systems, energy-efficient firing processes and durable industrial equipment.

Another particular highlight this year was our innovative NewGen ESP brick lining, which is increasingly setting new standards in the industry as a genuine revolution in furnace technology. This exclusive technology, available only from KITTEC, combines several key advantages:

• Maximum energy efficiency through faster heating and cooling phases, resulting in shorter cycle times
• Sustainability and resource conservation through sustainable manufacturing, reduced energy consumption and protection of the heating coils
• Maximum firing performance with minimal mass – thanks to the lightweight brick, the kiln’s weight is significantly lower

More and more customers are turning to this forward-looking solution to make their production processes more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly – a clear trend towards green technology and sustainable industrial kilns.

A particular eye-catcher at our booth were the large-scale furnaces from the INDUSTRIAL-LINE. Particularly noteworthy are:

• the impressive CTH 1500 bogie hearth furnace, measuring around 2.50 metres in length – a real powerhouse for industrial applications.
• the custom-built XT 1600 front-loader, which, at over 2 metres in height, towered above the other kilns and furnaces as an impressive example of a customised kiln solution.

The furnaces on display are a striking illustration of our expertise in the fields of large-scale furnaces, customized kilns, furnaces for specialised heat treatment applications and industrial thermal technology.
