CL Electric Front-Loader

CLASSIC-LINE CL electric front-loader up to 1,350°C or 1,380°C

The front-loaders in the KITTEC CLASSIC-LINE CL model series are characterised by heating with heating elements in grooved bricks. The coils are integrated in the wall structure, where they are well protected. 3-sided or 5-sided heating from the sides and the base provides good temperature distribution. The 5-sided heating for optimum temperature distribution in the firing chamber is installed on the sides, the rear wall, the door and the base.

  • Stainless steel sheets on the sides, on the door and on the lintel – rust-proof
  • Powder-coated steel frame in one of six colours.
  • Continuous mortar-free brick lining reduces cracking
  • Stainless steel door lock
  • Large door opening angle (approx. 150°) for easy loading
  • Removable pair of legs for easier transport

    An electronic semiconductor relay is used instead of the electric contactor, and makes noiseless switching procedures possible during firing.
