The foam ceramic bricks store significantly less heat than a conventional lining, while still providing a comparable insulating effect.

The significant benefit: You heat the kiln – and not just the bricks. Firing not only becomes much faster. It also requires less energy. For your company, this means shortened firing cycles thanks to reduced heating and cooling times, as well as lower electricity costs.

Our test shows: A CB 95 S NewGen ESP reached 1,250 °C in about 3 hours, compared to 3.75 hours for the CB 95 S ESP and 4.25 hours for the Standard CB 95 S, resulting in significant electricity savings.

Extremely sustainable

Our bricks are 100 % recyclable and can be reused as raw material to produce new foam ceramic bricks, again and again. Thanks to local production in Central Europe, transport distances are signifi cantly shorter.
