KITTEC kiln accessories: Controllers (thermocomputers)

Versatile control – the thermocomputer

Top quality, extremely user-friendly controllers for your KITTEC kilns. Depending on the model, they provide individually adjustable firing curves (lead time, controlled heat-up in stages to an adjustable final temperature, soaking time, controlled cooling) for a wide range of fi ring processes, e.g. in ceramic, glass and steel processing and in many heat treatment applications. All of the controllers have reliability and a thermal cut-off safety switch as overburning protection.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC44

Thermocomputer TC44

High-quality, extremely user-friendly control system with an adjustable firing curve: Heating to 580 °C (fixed) in 7 selectable stages, then heating to an adjustable final temperature at maximum speed. Then a soaking time which can be selected in stages. Then end of program with (non-controlled) cooling.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC66

Thermocomputer TC66

All values of the typical ceramic firing curve (lead time, controlled heating in two segments to an adjustable final temperature, soaking time, controlled cooling) can be set as required. You can adapt and save 6 programs in accordance with your requirements.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC 75

Thermocomputer TC75 WU

The TC75 WU with WiFi and USB port offers 6 programs with pre-set firing curves, including appropriate segments for the ceramic applications (lead time, controlled heating in two segments to an adjustable final temperature, soaking time, controlled cooling). The 6 pre-set programs can be customized individually. When connected to the SuperWise App, each firing process can also be conveniently started, monitored, or stopped using a smartphone, tablet, or PC.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC 95

Thermocomputer TC95 WU

The TC95 WU, equipped with WiFi and USB port, provides a modern user interface and ample customisable firing curve settings. The temperature profile is freely selectable, with the capability to save and easily reuse up to 25 different temperature profiles as programs. When connected to the SuperWise App, every firing process can be conveniently monitored or halted via smartphone, tablet, or PC.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC88e

Thermocomputer TC88e

Powerful control system from the compact class which has been specially designed for complex firing curves (e.g. glass processing). The firing curve consists of up to 30 segments. This results in just as many heating, holding and cooling processes. The exact time can be programmed in each ramp. A lead time can also be entered. Up to 30 firing curves can be stored as a program.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC505

Thermocomputer TC505

The firing curve of the TC505 consists of a lead time, two adjustable heating and soaking times and a (controlled) cooling phase. All values are freely adjustable. 6 of the programs are fixed, and 23 others can be individually stored. The controller also has a locking button and a power consumption indicator.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC507

Thermocomputer TC507

Like the TC505, but with a completely variable firing curve shape. Up to 99 segments can be freely entered, therefore any number of heating, holding and cooling processes. Simultaneous entry of the ramps in °C/h or time. Possibility of manual intervention in the program. Several EVENTs etc. Up to 99 programs can be stored. The TC507 is the successor to the TC405/30 and therefore becomes the standard in thermal glass processing, for example.

KITTEC Thermocomputer TC705

Thermocomputer TC705

The temperature profile of the TC705 consists of 4 segments (ramp and soaking time, shown graphically on the display) and is therefore typical for ceramic applications and heat treatment. This means extremely easy handling during programming and a display while the process is running. Up to 99 programs can be stored. The integrated firing progress documentation can be transferred to your PC using a USB stick. The USB stick can also be used for locking.

Thermocomputer TC707

Designing the firing curve is completely flexible with the TC707, and up to 99 programs can be stored. The integrated firing progress documentation can be transferred to your PC using a USB stick (can also be used for locking). Includes a Bluetooth connection to the WebBox Smartphone app or the WinControl software, with which the program can be started (e.g. kiln ready for operation on Monday at 7 o’clock at start of shift) or terminated in real time.
